  Visited on a Sunday Evening. It had a Friendly, Family Fun atmosphere. Really liked the staff who are not afraid to have a bit of banter.. Food was really good, and served quickly. No quibles about the price or food quality. Thank you x

  Sorry guys, it's not great service. Had group booking of 12 people and we pre-ordered food - then menu changed 1 hour before arrived. Service was slow and disconnected - missing meals - had to chase at bar, no check back, different staff. Requested sauces - waiter never came back. Fish was a bit under cooked. You tried to save it at the end but too little too late. Won't be rushing back I'm afraid. It is a great venue so such a shame. Perhaps it's better for small groups?

  Staff poorly trained and the establishment is under staffed. Wait times between courses when the place was at 10% capacity were unacceptable. Steak was disgusting, full of gristle which sounded like a rubber band being cut with the serrations of the knife. Chips were more like boiled potatoes than crispy and chunky. No check back from staff at all. Unfortunately we have tried the rusty gun three or four times over the last few years and it is always a let down. The staff did refund the main meals which I do not really care about. I just wanted a nice dinner.
  
  Great for a lunch time outing or some of the less risky dishes but not suitable for anything that needs quality and skill in the mix.

  Good food. Well cooked and presented. Friendly helpful staff... not a huge selection of food but what they do have is all cooked well. Id visit again and recommend to others.
